@DHLsupplychain I am having an awful experience with DHL supply chain. My company uses this for its shipments & im waiting for an urgent shipment which was shipped on Thursday afternoon. There are zero updates on the portal since Thursday & I have now lost 4 days of work.

Emotions get an unnecessarily bad rep. We'd all be better off trying to understand what our emotion is trying to telling us (even its a `bad` one) rather than continuously distract ourselves from it.

Seriously.. one hack I learnt (I don't remember from where) is to use chatGPT for getting over writer's block.

Its suggestions are surprisingly good.. I used chatgpt today to get over a writing block for a design doc XD

I'd highly recommend the book for anyone struggling with self discipline or wondering why they do stuff they regret later. Also a gives a very ELI5 style high level overview of 🧠 functioning.
