EL INVENTO DE SAYLOR PROMETÍA SER ESTABLE COMO UN "DÓLAR". ACABA DE ROMPERSE, Y PODRÍA ARRASTRAR A #BITCOIN.

¿Sabés qué es el STRC y por qué tiene ATEMORIZADO a todo el mercado #cripto⁉️

🔹 Michael Saylor dirige Strategy (ex MicroStrategy), la empresa que más Bitcoin tiene en el mundo: unos 847.000 BTC. Es, básicamente, una apuesta apalancada al Bitcoin.
🔹 Para comprar más y más BTC, Saylor inventó el STRC: una acción preferente que vendió como "una stablecoin con rendimiento". La idea era que cotice SIEMPRE cerca de $100 y pague un dividendo mensual.

¿Cómo se supone que se mantiene en $100? Con un truco: Strategy ajusta la tasa del dividendo cada mes. Si el precio cae abajo de $100, suben la tasa para tentar compradores; si sube, la bajan.

🔹 Mientras el STRC se queda en $100, la máquina gira: Strategy emite más, junta cash y compra más Bitcoin. Ese es el motor.

¿Y qué pasó? El motor se trabó.

🔻 El STRC perdió los $100 y se desplomó a $80, su mínimo histórico, con una promesa de rendimiento que ya trepó a casi 14%.
🔻 La acción común, MSTR, cayó cerca de 80% desde su máximo y perforó los $100 por primera vez desde marzo de 2024.
🔻 Y Bitcoin cotiza muy por debajo del precio promedio al que Strategy lo compró ($75.600): la empresa está en rojo.

👉 ¿Por qué esto es una pesadilla para Strategy?

🔻 Con MSTR tan abajo, juntar plata emitiendo acciones diluiría una barbaridad a los accionistas.
🔻 Con el STRC abajo de $100, no pueden emitir más (solo se emite a $100 o más). La máquina de comprar BTC se frena.
🔻 Pero los dividendos del STRC se pagan en CASH, sí o sí. Y las reservas de efectivo cayeron 38% en 2026.
🔻 Tan ajustado está que el 1 de junio Strategy vendió Bitcoin por primera vez desde 2022, solo para cubrir el pago de dividendos del STRC.

⚠️ Y ahí aparece la pregunta impensada que se hace el mercado:

📍 Si la empresa que MÁS Bitcoin tiene del mundo se ve obligada a venderlo para pagar sus cuentas... Aunque sea poco... ¿quién sostiene el precio?
📍Por eso muchos dicen que ESTA es una de las razones por las que el #Bitcoin está cayendo.

Today I traveled to GITMO Cuba with @SecWar. Did you know there are still 15 Islamic terrorists, including the mastermind of the 9/11 Islamic terror attacks and 4 other 9/11 co conspirators who are detained at GITMO to this day?

Some of these jihadist have been jailed at GITMO for over 22 years.

I asked Sec War @PeteHegseth:

“Given Khalid Sheikh Mohammed’s detailed confessions to orchestrating 9/11 and other al-Qaeda plots, why has the U.S. government chosen to keep him and other Islamic terrorists alive and comfortable at GITMO for decades on taxpayer dime instead of executing him and the other detained 9/11 co conspirators currently at GITMO, which is what they deserve?”

Secretary of War Hegseth said he agrees with me that these jihadists should have been executed years ago.

Hopefully @POTUS can help expedite these executions.
