I'm a creature of habit. I love the structure it brings to my life. Each day, I wake up at 6:30 AM, and sit down to meditate for 5 minutes. I set my intentions for the day. After that, I go for a walk, reflecting on my gratitude and appreciating the beauty around me.
I love boring. I love routine. I have a simple life. I don't like going to clubs, drinking, or smoking. I wake up early, read, exercise, cook, write, and spend time with loved ones. I prefer enjoying small things over working hard for big things.
