Therefore, if you want to connect with the Muslim world, you must respect the Muslim past. You will eat from someone else, wear clothes from someone else, and sit in this country and talk big—there is no scope for that. India gives you onions and oil, and you buy them with Bangladeshi money. You criticize them every day. And those who take nothing from you, you are abusing their leaders and speaking maliciously against them while sitting in Bangladesh. The people of this country—from our constitution to all places, in foreign policy and passports—everywhere follow Jinnah's principles. You are eating rice, but you are not mentioning Jinnah's name. Before East Pakistan, Bangladesh was Bengal Presidency. Before that, it was Subah Bangla. Before that, it was the Sultanate of Bengal. Why did you write East Pakistan without writing anything else? Because if you do not write the words "East Pakistan," the Bangladeshi state has no validity. In 1971, the Two-Nation Theory came to an end. If the Two-Nation Theory ended, why are West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura not parts of Bangladesh's borders? These are Bengal. So why are West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura, which have Hindu majoralities—you are becoming part of the Hindu state of India because they are Hindu majorities, and you did not come with the majority Bengali Muslims. So does the Two-Nation Theory exist or not? The Two-Nation Theory exists. But here, wordplay and falsehoods are peddled. Inqilab Manch remembered Muhammad Ali Jinnah with respect on his 78th death anniversary. Some Indian-backed media in Bangladesh are framing this and trying to say that Inqilab Manch and those of us who love Jinnah should go to Pakistan. What is written in our constitution? Aren't we Pakistanis? Isn't East Pakistan mentioned? But where are you? After fleeing to India yourselves, you are telling the citizens of Bangladesh to go to Pakistan. So which Pakistan will they go to? Write it in the constitution. State in the constitution that Bangladesh's borders are Assam, Tripura, and West Bengal. Why did you write about East Pakistan? We have to say these things. Remembering Muhammad Ali Jinnah is not just remembering him alone. In Bangladesh, culturally, an extreme type of mischief has taken place where, in trying to remember only one side of 1971, you are denying your own father and grandfather. This cannot be.
