People don’t become angels when they die.

Humans are humans, and angels are angels. This remains so even in eternity. In fact, angels are intrigued by the interaction between God and His “image-bearing” humans (1 Peter 1:12).

It’s actually better for you to be human than it is for you to be an angel. Humans can experience God’s forgiveness, grace, and have His Spirit living inside of them. Angels, as amazing as they are, can’t claim any of those things.

Here is our ultimate hope: when a loved one dies knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior, God does not gain another angel. Rather, God calls another worshipper to come home.

The thing is God knows all, and depths of our hearts, which means He also knows your heart towards that person. He’s the Father and will protect us. He commands us to forgive even before we get a request for it. We don’t decide what that looks like for someone. HE does.

Some folks are angry at you because your forgiveness don’t look like the way they want it to look.

You just don’t know the weight because you thought what you did or said wasn’t that serious. Or you believe that your pain is greater than theirs or because they’re younger than you it doesn’t matter, or your deeds ought to compensate for it all and oh, they’re a Christian.

TELLING your children how they are supposed to treat their spouse is good.

You don’t know what you’re hyping up. You don’t know what you’re going into agreement with. You don’t know…… You’re just defining your relationship off of either popularity, titles, or most importantly a lack of discernment.

Maturity is understanding that your experience with someone may not be the same someone else had.

Wisdom don’t come from age and how long we’ve walked this earth. It comes from how much and long we sit at the feet of Jesus. It’s about the age of our faith and obedience.
