My wife is on a once in a lifetime family reunion to Milan, to celebrate her parent's 50th anniversary for this Shabbat, yet @united at EWR forgets to give her the baby's boarding pass and b/c of that she misses her flight... 16 siblings and her parents waiting for her to make it

@RabbiHecht @united Apparently, customer service there is not very helpful or caring. That was the most hurtful part, the lack of care to a mistake that they made.

P3 - I can't believe @united would be so incompetent and uncaring... Not an ounce of compensation for the screw up that they did. TWICE.
They won't upgrade, they won't get me Kosher food for my baby and they don't seem to be interested in any sort of compensation... Seriously??..

P2 - Now I have a rerouted flight that arrives right before Shabbat, a little baby on my hip, no food for myself or him (my bag with food went with my sisters on the flight that I missed), emotionally and physically drained... Yet nobody to talk to at @united ...
