@ruralSBM @miconm @jamespaveley @accidentalSBM Yes, shifting the admin burden clearly not helpful. Understanding why ‘too much’ (if indeed there is) is key. So not about ‘too many managers/administrators’ but ‘where and why does the admin get created’. National tutoring scheme a case in point!
