@fpl__Physio Like right in the middle. That part that rotates the knee when I bend it. Think it is the patellar ligament

@fpl__Physio My knee can also feel a bit sore a few days after as well like when I’m putting weight on it (walking uphill or upstairs).

Any idea what it can be or what I can do to either prevent it from occurring as often or at all? Thanks in advance!

@fpl__Physio My left knee is a bit on and off at times. I play football and sudden movements like a fast cruyff turn or when I’m defending from static to explosive fast, it can occasionally hurt all of a sudden. This happens rarely but still something that I feel from time to time.
