@docgovtnz It begs the question as to how qualified are you vendors? They make us New Zealanders and you people at DOC look like a bunch of hopeless amateurs. This is a repeated fail that happens each year!! Our tax dollar is once again wasted on an overpromised underdelivered service.

#docgovtnz booking Greatwalks web site has crashed again. #DOCfail Hmmmmm. Clearly there’s been nothing done in the past week to improve the capacity of the site!
I guessing DOC has this as a filtering strategy to meter bookings to Kiwis! #kiwihikersmissout

@docgovtnz @docgovtnz Soooo frustrating with an inability of the DOC website to cope with kiwis trying to book the great walks!!! I’ve managed to get to the booking calendar and selecting huts 6x this morning and then the website freezes at the “reserve” stage!!! So sad for Kiwis #DOCfail
