@SmilesUAE Ordered from Smiles App at 7:30 PM while fasting in Ramadan.
The driver came and refused to bring the order to the 1st floor, told me to come downstairs or call customer service. While I was on the phone with support, he called back saying “I’m leaving, it’s up to you” and

Customer service apologized and said they would send the driver again.
3 hours later… still nothing.
Then they told me the refund will take 14 days.
Yesterday my order was 2 hours late, and today this happens.
Very disappointing service.

@Talabat After i order they told me your order not available and refund will take 5 to 7 days !!!! So why you take my money in the first place?!!

@noon كلمتكم اكثر من مرة وانتم كلمتوني والقرار ان المبلغ اللي اتخصم راح عليا ازاي راح عليا وانا كلمتكم في نفس الوقت اللي عملت في الاوردر في نفس الدقيقة وخدمة العملاء لو كانوا قالولي وفهموني ان المبلغ لا يمكن استرجاعه مكنتش كنسلت ايه السياسة دي؟؟؟ مفيش اي مصداقية عندكم.
