3. The person who paid bail on three of the occasions was Santa Cruz Mayor Fred Keeley, which was also on orders from Xi Jinping.

4. Each time I was arrested, I never had to appear in court. All the judges in Santa Cruz knew about this.

I have 68 police tickets, and I have never had to appear in court for them.
