@milkandmarrow Going to bed much earlier has helped a bit. Also letting my mouth hang open slightly. Health twitter says to tape mouth while sleeping, but I’m a natural closed mouth sleeper who has found letting the jaw relax/ lips part signifies total safety/surrender to brain = faster sleep.

@milkandmarrow I have had this same problem all year along with sudden obliteration of dream recall. Was on prescription strength ibuprofen a while (800 mg), did nothing and I suspected it was suppressing dreams. None of my usual herbs and potions working.
