Ola driver misbehaved during the ride.. He is not even ending the ride. And rerouted the destination by adding manually a route.
What can be done in such scenario. I missed my session because of him.

This experience is highly disappointing, it undermines my trust in HDFC. I am not allowed to collect my chequebook from my own branch despite the message which clearly states collect from the branch @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares

@pride_circle would like to bring in notice about the problem we are facing to contact your team. @SriniRamaswamy @ramkrishnasinha highly disappointed about the services provided by your team. Tried emails, whatsapp, multiple chasers nothing seems to work.
