I bought a Xiaomi 12 Pro (₹60K flagship). At 37 months, a faulty update caused a green line. Service centre + Xiaomi Care admitted fault but still demanded ₹20K for repair. Many others face the same issue. Where’s the accountability?

@nilanjansb@KashiRam_2005@XiaomiIndia Bro this company is very small in scale. They also don't have very mainstream market in our country so it's reasonable that they are not responsible enough for "Customer's Fault"
@KashiRam_2005@hetul_mistry@XiaomiIndia They are denying repair for many users with false/absurd/illogical reasons and the service center claims its on Xiaomi's end, and Xiaomi says its on service center's end.
@nilanjansb@XiaomiIndia Wait for another update... You'll be getting at wholesale quantity.
