My uncle is 56yo, he got new debit card. While generating ATM pin his card got blocked in spite of entering correct account number twice, after that we talked to customer support and they asked to me visit base branch of my uncle's account.

@bankofbaroda We are not in same city as his base branch is located, its too far. And even we visited nearest branch but they are not doing too. And customer support is not understanding our situation and his condition,please help us by allowing us to unblock his card without travelling.

Namaste, @IndiaPostOffice 2nd ya 3rd Jan 2024 ko PMO se mere address pe letter post kiya gya tha lekin abhi tak wo mere address pe receive nhi hua hai. To aapse anurodh hai ki mujhe kripya karke iski sthiti bataye. I don't have its tracking number.
