A horrible experience:
The ground staff displayed a highly unprofessional attitude. I had already paid for additional weight allowance and extra luggage, yet we were asked to make further payments for the extra luggage.

Another concerning issue was the lack of hygiene among the crew. They were handling cash, including soiled notes, while simultaneously preparing or serving coffee and water cups.

This was the worst flying experience I have ever had!
