In 1998/99, Manchester United became the first English side to win the TREBLE.
David Ginola, with 3 goals and 10 assists for a Spurs team that finished 11th in the PL won the PFA Player of the Year award.
Never let them tell you that the POTY is for the winner of the PL only.
@spaceghostchrxs Mate, I don't know if the OP is racist or not. But atleast get your facts correct when trying to make a point. Eusebio is African, born in the continent of Africa, in a country we now call Mozambique. He played for Portugal, but he's African, not Portuguese.
From Sefton Road to Vicarage Road to Villa Park to Wembley to Old Trafford to San Siro back to Villa Park to Goodison Park and finally to Portman Road. It’s been some journey that I only dreamt of as a boy! But with this dream there has to be an ending and Saturday might be the Last Game Of My Professional Career🤘🏾💛💜🤍❤️💙 23 years and OUT!
To be continued….
@ManUtd Poor performance, sloppy in possession today, but thankfully did enough to get all 3 points. Hopefully a better performance against Newcastle but while we wait for performances long may the wins continue
@lauriewhitwell Most important thing is that United did what was necessary today. Not a great performance but just enough.
I'd really like to see us play Amad wide left in the next game and make him to go on the outside give us width from there against Newcastle.
@AndyMitten Tough first half, not a great overall performance but just the attitude and desire needed. Sending off definitely swung the game but United were on top at that point.
Should have made it more at the end but did enough to get all 3 points. Bruno, brilliant!
@vintageberba @ulfaldinn@AndyMitten Or a D on the goal line that no player can enter during a set play. Will give the keeper a chance to actually try to come and claim a corner.
@zugzwang12punch@skinnerpop@AndyMitten Cunha is exactly the kind of personality needed at United, unapologetically arrogant. It's not so much celebrating the tackle, but knowing that it's gonna gee your team up and infuriate your opponent at the same time. Shithousery at its finest.

Sir Bobby Charlton:
“Manchester United was always about adventurous football, giving young players a chance.”
If the next potential manager doesn’t live up to these ideals, move on.
No more weird hipster managers who sub on defenders to claw back a win.
We need risk takers.
@ahmedatta0@TheAthleticFC In what world? That is what you call part of the game. Not every single touch is a foul. Remember, football IS a contact sport
