A strong jayce is one that spaces really well and gets tested on that while being very vulnerable, and finds his windows of execution. Jungle takes away so much of that expression of skill almost even without mastery of champ (if these jg-mod changes achieve intended effect).

1. Zed's jg clear is WAY too fast, he's not fundamentally a jungler I don't know why he's made viable there. 2. Talon jg / Qiyana jg - (??) completely bypass lane fundamentals that the champs are supposed to go through. It's like giving fizz/kata an insane jg clear modifier. Why
