A4: rather than grade weekly practice/formative work, I am giving quizzes on Friday where students can use their weekly notes - less grading for me and gives students more responsibility for knowledge/skills instead of homework completion #langchat

A3: use the same resource in multiple levels: things like songs, news, holidays. structure each day with the same lesson format so routine is predictable but activities are interchangeable. #langchat

@SraWitkowski this is a great example! my 5th graders now purposely mispronounce certain words that help them remember the spelling - one class rhymes ingles with Pringles, and another says orqueesta for orquesta because of one spelling mistake of mine on a shared writing
