@iiTzz_Tyrell ex-mo perspective: these kind of invitations often feel like people are being nice to me solely because they’d like me to come back to church and it comes across as more condescending than anything. I have lots of active friends, but our friendship isn’t based on recruitment
@cjholbrook3@tvheidihatch That one looked pretty bad at the time too. The standard seems to be to let the legal process play out if a lot of Crumbl cookies money went into the player. If not, it’s not worth the bad pub.
@cjholbrook3@tvheidihatch Yes. And who knows, maybe Asiata’s case will be dismissed too. But he’s getting much more than a two game suspension while we wait to find out.
@freemale221g@Average_Homeboy You’re mistaken. Neither Bernard nor Carrington committed dui at Utah. I would love for Asiata to come to Utah. He can start making some better decisions under better leadership.
Truly not trying to use the Asiata DUI news as shit talk. However, I am tired of zoobs minimizing it and focusing on Utah fans who are parading it around. Some serious conversations need to be had about the lords school producing off the field controversies over and over again
@kiwiinarizona@drpeppercore Not very complex, just racist. That being said, I’m happy that the church brings you joy and many of my close friends and family members are happy in it as well. I wish you well too
@kiwiinarizona@drpeppercore To quote Neil Anderson “true principles are taught frequently and by many” that perfectly describes racist interpretations of 2 Nephi 5:21.
@kiwiinarizona@drpeppercore So, if it makes the church look good it’s a prophetic utterance and if it makes the church look bad it’s merely an opinion?
