i find it interesting that gaming is going through its little kinda revelations about physical media and digital well each thing that has a physical counterpart goes through it and i got back into movie collecting back in 2022 and its crazy because you hear the same things or similar things but it keeps going
i know movies and gaming is slightly different but even to touch on sony real quick theyre doing interesting things in general obviously ill give you a comparison so its funny in gaming theyre wanting to expedite the digital future but on the movie side its interesting because they literally just took on disney movie manufacturing for blurays dvd 4k*
*i say just took on but this happened in 2024 hopefully nothing changes from that but the point still stands and thats coming from the movie/entertainment industry being smaller than gaming and physical sales declining year over year in that department
but lets continue to speculate

Hey guys tip from a person who can’t afford to drop money on a console at full price day one!
Preorder it! Also paying in payments if it’s available although I know that can be more expensive but atleast you have what you’re wanting!
Back to preording to the places that don’t charge you the full amount when you do so so example GameStop(in store) they have you put a certain amount down and then it’s locked in and you pay as you go
I have gotten all or most of my consoles by preordering
I think Amazon doesn’t charge you til they ship so that’s one way
This a good way to get that Nintendo Switch 2
I foresee there will be plenty of preorders this is almost a ps5 pro situation for those that want the best they will dish it out
