Late night @destinythegame prediction: I think the 6 satellites here "powering" the NOT-Death Star beam contain the dead ghosts that Dredgen Bael is collecting, and its bascially the sith version of the kamemeha beam we do when we kill the witness.

He currently has 5, he needs 6
