His bail was just $10,000, well below the $25,000 requested by DA Bragg.

NEW: Armed thugs start shooting at a family in their own driveway while kids were still in the backseat as they tried stealing a car in Jackson, MS.

One of the men was seen grabbing one of the children.

“He jumps in the driver's seat, I'm standing on the outside looking in, and he points a gun at my oldest boy's face,” the mother said.

The family moved to Jackson just three months ago but they’re already making plans to move.

When the thugs couldn’t figure out how to steal the car, they took one of the other cars owned by the family.

Police have identified two suspects but have not made any arrests.

NEW: Texas middle school student slams his teacher against the wall as she tried breaking up a fight in class.

This is America’s future.

The incident happened at Hurshel Antwine Middle School in El Paso.

The teacher bravely inserted herself in the middle of the fight to break it up before the student threw her against the wall.

In a letter to parents, principal Patricia Fernandez said the following.

“I am calling to inform you that an altercation occurred among students in a classroom on our campus today. This was an isolated incident between individual students.”

“The students involved are being addressed by administration and law enforcement, as appropriate. There was no threat to other students or the campus.”
