Changed the sides and replayed @MultiManPub ASL 188 Zon with the Wind today. US tried to rush for a quick space advantage but German fire was deadly. Second wave entered more cautiously, but hidden 88's appeared and cleared the hill over the valley.

Finished Game of the Month @MultiManPub 188 Zon with the Wind game. Both guns killed some squads but overwhelming number of targets let US to escape the valley. Great scenario with interesting valley map. Going to rematch it on Wednesday.

Played face-to-face one of my favorite SK scenario S53 Workers Unite! Germans were able to sneak across the flanks to the farest Victory building and secure it while slowly clearing two others in the rear. Almost half of both OOB died in Melees.

Played J106 Marders not Martyrs ASL scenario from @MultiManPub ASL Journal 7 twice. Great small situation with interesting combination of opposing tactical tools. Russian mortar is very important to deter Marders from action. Also adapted a camera to roll real dice playing VASSAL

Replayed one of my favorite @MultiManPub ASL scenario FT213 Up the Liri Valley. Played French almost year ago, this time took Germans. French started south attack well, but gave up the elevated road too early, so Germans were able to pincer them from the both flanks.

Played @gmtgames Twilight Struggle last Saturday. With lucky early rolls was able to secure some space in the Europe and Asia, and scored last needed points as USSR in Africa on Turn 5.

Played another ASL Scenario Archive game of the month - @MultiManPub Strayer's Strays. Basic infantry scenario, just 3.5 turns, focused on positioning and maneuvering, not firing. US need to find weak points in the defense and exploit them. Germans need perfect defense system.

Played fantastic @MultiManPub J103 Lenin's Sons scenario teaching seasoned ASL SK but new ASL player. Sniper killed commissar, flamethrower burned lieutenant, German hero captured Soviet DC but almost killed himself throwing it. So many events!
