@CommsChat It's certainly made clients and agencies take a much more structured approach to data management - something which was long overdue. Lots of organisations were really hit hard by it and are now gradually rebuilding their databases, but on a much firmer foundation #commschat
@CommsChat Yes - but the truth is we're learning the possibilities as we go and it takes brave clients to let agencies push the boundaries...also bearing in mind budgets for actual software development make brand marketing budgets (at least the production budget) look very small! #commschat
@CommsChat Absolutely - particularly now a lot of the heavy lifting can be done in the cloud through things like Amazon Web Services. Machine Learning, Image/Facial/Voice Recognition is now democratised meaning agencies can focus on creative use rather than super-involved dev #commschat

The world of biddable/performance/automated marketing has been using AI for a long time with very clear results. Think dynamic pricing based on live market conditions, behavioural e-mail comms, auto bid adjustments etc #commschat
