@British_Airways@DailyMailUK going into my last day of holiday and British Airways STILL have no idea where my case is. 6 days of having only the clothes we travelled in for me and my 2 boys under 3. The holiday I saved for is completely ruined. British Airways don’t care.

@British_Airways you’ve lost my luggage and no one is answering the phone number you told me to call. Your website is also not letting me log it. Im in 38 degrees heat with two children under 3 and none of us have any clothes/ nappies/ milk. This is disgraceful.

@HM_Passport I'm on day 9 of waiting for my passport to arrive from the 7 day service. Have been waiting in doors for 8 days now with a 4 week old and a 2 year old. I know the passport was printed on Wednesday but no one can tell me why it hasn't been handed over to the delivery office. HELP
@wonky_donky The whole pitching model needs a complete rehaul. Expecting agencies to invest such an amount of time for free is completely flawed. Put less agencies in the mix, pay them a fee and you will get better resource and better results.
