As much as I want my 3 miles in 30 min, I have to acknowledge that I've locked in my pace well enough that I don't need rests for this.

In pursuit of the handstand pushup, I must master the frog stand. Only about 5 seconds before I lose balance but I have patience.

With my break from chasing barbell numbers, I've set new goals and by far the most fun one to work on is the Handstand Pushup.

Went for a jog the other day and felt ready to go again the next day. Which bodes well for this upcoming race.
