I never planned to build a gaming site.
It started in 2024 in the trenches. I was doing what everyone does: aping memecoins, watching charts at 4am, getting rugged, doing it again.
What I noticed was simple. Every coin was fighting for the same thing: attention. Devs were paying random KOLs and bots for a few minutes of eyeballs, and none of it lasted.
So I built Massive. A wall where coins could buy a spot and fight for attention in the open, where everyone could see it. No backroom deals, no fake numbers.
It worked, kind of. Projects showed up. But people only came to look. They didn't stay.
That's when it clicked. Attention isn't something you can buy. It's something you earn by giving people a reason to be there. So Massive had to become a place, somewhere degens actually hang out, compete, talk trash and come back tomorrow.
Building it nearly broke me. Months of long nights.
Rewriting the same thing four times. Throwing away features I loved because nobody used them. Waking up to things broken that I swear worked the night before.
It's still early. It's still rough in places. But every day there's a few more people who stay a little longer than yesterday.
That's the whole game. Attention you earn.
