Human lives mean nothing in Nigeria. It’s been back to back killings and kidnapping and it’s still business as usual for the government. At what point do we say enough is enough?

This video is very disturbing and it’s currently looking like this govt doesn’t mind ruling over ashes. Everything in their head is politics, not governance.

They don’t care about security of lives and properties. They are only interested in winning the next election.

How Much Is Abortion?

Abortion is cheap. It is quick. It is easy. In many places, it takes less than an hour, costs far less than carrying a pregnancy to term, and leaves no visible trace.
In a lot of cases you don’t even need to go to the hospital.
Yet, despite this, a woman chooses to go through nine months of struggle, nausea, exhaustion, swollen feet, backaches, and labor pains that feel like they could split her in two. She sacrifices her body, her comfort, and sometimes even her dreams just to bring a child into this world.

And then, after all that, society turns around and looks down on her. The same people who would have judged her for choosing abortion now mock her for being a single mother, for struggling financially, for daring to exist in a world that was never built to support her.

This is why hundreds of women, every single day, choose abortion over the exhausting, painful, and often thankless road of pregnancy. Because they know what’s waiting for them on the other side, a society that shames them either way.

Let us extend the grace that we enjoy.

The moment a person becomes a single mom, they start to become toxic, I’d write about it soon, it is our fault, they know what waits for them on this journey.
You go on a date with someone, you start talking to someone, having a great time, the moment they hear you’re a single mom, they leave, leaving is not the issue, the things they say and how they say them is what makes women become defensive even when no one is attacking.

I’m not asking you to wife them.

I’m just asking that we be human.

And don’t educate me about abortion or the risks, it is not what I am writing about, but if you want me to face it, I’d do.

A lot of single moms weren’t wild, it was that one person they “loved” and got pregnant, but today, even our parents at home will look at them from up to down and speak ill about her, if brought home by their sons.
Same sons who go about impregnating girls and making them single moms or making them choose abortion.
