Him: "He's being treated unfairly. It's political persecution."

Me: "Ok. He's also been charged in another case with purposely taking classified documents, refusing to return them, & then covering it all up."

Him: "He's being treated unfairly. It's political persecution."

Me: "Ok. He's also been charged in another case with pressuring Georgia election officials to overturn their election results."

Me: "Ok. He's also been charged in another case with conspiring to defraud the United States, stop an official proceeding, & prevent the peaceful transition of power."

Me: "But these are all completely separate crimes coming from completely separate prosecutors in completely separate jurisdictions."

Him: "They're all Democrats."

Him: “He’s a threat to the system. That’s why they’re trying to take him out.”
