@pupigenshin I did play all the three characters quests when it first came out what I'm saying is to my own personal knowledge and memory there isn't a playable character that their job title is a doctor yet

a doctor will still stitch your wound even if there's no anesthesia around, a doctor will break your ribs to restart your heart, and you should keep this in mind when you observe dottore's role in genshin -- there is a reason he out of everyone in the game is named "the doctor"
