Hi, I had booked a car through @ZoomcarKOL on 13th Oct 2020 in Kolkata (booking reff id: JPS6NE2R2) by paying INR 6250/- thru CC and due to technical issue in the car it was not allocated to me by your staff and a refund was initiated by your team on 14th Oct.
