@AmazonHelp promised a gift card by your customer service agent for Amazon wrongly charging my credit card the Agent didn’t fulfil her promise, and now another, Agent is pretending he can’t see the promise when I have screenshots 🤦🏽‍♀️ absolute scammers

@AmazonHelp Misunderstanding? How are you going to steal my money, not refund me and then tell me I’m the one misunderstanding? The conversation with your advisor was clearest day refund my money and provide the voucher that was promised.
