We're going all in on consumers.

We built the tech and built it fast, now we need to rip out what doesn't need to stay. Adjust what does, and condense everything else to be powerfully simple and intuitive to use.

Both will merge into our original domain when done, and the web version on mobile will be 1:1 to the mobile app.

Here's what the next 24 hours of workload looks like:

1. Global UI (the look)
Light mode by default everywhere; dark one tap away.

One typeface, one logo, and one red, used only for the logo and the main button.

The same buttons, menus and panels on the website, in the app and in Help, so it's one product.

No shouty uppercase labels and no dots between words.

Dates are written out, like "28 September 2026".

The moon stays as the brand moment, and sits calmer behind chats.

2. Global UX (how it feels)
Open it and type. Nothing to choose first.

Pro picks the model for you. Picking one yourself is still one tap away, and it only applies to that chat.

Your balance is always in view, with Add credits one tap away, even mid-chat.

Buttons only show up when they matter.

Plain words everywhere, and errors tell you what to do with one button.

Sign in with one box (email or @username), with wallet as a link. Your typed question is kept while you sign in.

3. Removing
The five tiles on the home screen. Signed-out visitors get three example ideas instead.

Compare, Temporary chat and Projects.

Room settings: models, clip length and shape.

The developer API, API keys, developer pages and the playground.

Duplicate places: History, Search and the Collab list become one Chats list, and Files joins Library.

About 44 extra web pages: the guides, calculator, methodology and more.

4. Keeping
Choosing a model yourself, and Skills, both in the model picker.

Memory, working quietly, with a list to see and forget things.

Collab rooms with a shared room balance. In group chats, askr answers when you @askr it.

Public rooms anyone can watch.

Crypto first for paying, card second, with the consent tick box.

Send credits (tucked away) and referrals (one simple row).

5. The chat box
One chat box everywhere: home, your chats and group chats.

Four buttons:+ adds a photo or file, makes a picture, clip or song, or chooses a model; Pro; Mic; Send, which turns red only when there's something to send.

The paperclip opens your phone's file picker straight away.

Web search happens by itself.

6. Chats and Collabs
A chat on your own looks like a normal chat.

Tap Share in any chat to invite people, and it becomes a Collab.

One panel for everything about the chat: share, people, room balance, memory, things made, leave or delete.

Each answer shows which model answered and why.
Underneath is one line: price, copy, try again, more.

Delete chat really deletes it.

7. Money
A balance button with + on every screen.

If you run out of credits, a card in the chat offers Add credits, then Run it now.

One Add credits panel: SOL, ETH and USDC up front, other coins behind "Other coin", card as the second option.

No free starter credits.

8. Finding things and settings
One menu: New chat, Chats, Library, your account.

Chats you can search, including inside the messages.

A Library with everything you've made and uploaded.

What's next for askr Anon:

Today your words pass through our server while a model answers, and we only write down the sealed copy. Here's how we take ourselves out of the picture:

End to end on sealed models. Your browser will check the sealed hardware's proof itself and lock each message straight to it. askr only relays scrambled words, and answers come back locked to you, so we never hold a readable copy, not even in memory.

Files locked like messages. Pictures, clips, sounds and files sealed with the chat's own key.

Anon traffic leaves no IP in our logs, plus a Tor address so you can reach askr without showing yours.

Payments that can't be tied to a chat. Zero-knowledge payment proofs, so we can check a chat is paid for without knowing which deposit paid. Plus prepaid codes you can buy anywhere.

Check it yourself. Open code for everything that touches your words, a public record of exactly which build is running, our relay inside sealed hardware with its proof published, and an outside security audit.

Introducing askr Anon.

Private group chats, private AI, when you need them.

askr remembers what's worth keeping. Anon is for the chats you don't want kept.

No account. Open https://t.co/ytDGn8viGt and start. You get a random guest name and nothing else: no email, no password, no wallet.

Locked with its own key. Every chat gets its own key pair, made in your browser. The private key lives only in your browser and in the invite link, after the #, which browsers never send to a server. Every message is stored sealed to the chat's key with AES-256-GCM, so our database holds scrambled text we can't read back.

Sealed models first. askr Pro answers on sealed models: GLM-5.3, Kimi K3 and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, with GPT-OSS 120B, GLM-5.3 Flash, Gemma 4 31B and Llama 3.3 70B too. They run inside secure hardware that proves the exact code it runs, so once your words leave askr, nobody can read them, not even the host.

Then zero retention. If no sealed model is free, Pro moves to zero retention versions, whose companies keep nothing once they answer.

Routing that never reads you. In Anon, no AI model reads your message to choose which model answers. Pro decides by fixed rules.

Any model, with a warning first. Pick Claude, GPT or anything else yourself, and askr tells you who keeps your words and for how long before you send.

One random ID per chat. Model companies get a random ID for the whole chat, never your account, name or IP.

Nothing else reads it. No memory, no web search, no helper models. Nothing is indexed.

Gone when it ends. End and erase wipes the messages, answers, pictures, clips and files for everyone at once. Quiet for a day? It erases itself.

An idea that hasn't existed before coming into life. A platform getting it's first few users. A business making it's first margin of profit. A flywheel that connects consumers to crypto without even realising.

There's many internal pointers that make us believe we are going to reach 1.. the amount of work we do, the speed we do it at, and the problem solving skills we have developed along the way. And because of that, we have managed to make sure our 1 moment will be as big as it would have ever been elsewhere. Our launch moment is still ahead of us. Revenue, growth, the flywheel, the app, the actual launch of the product taking over app stores with the help of our community.
