@Proud2Served @EpsonUK You have my support by HP much better customer service and support @epsonUK

[David @StStdavid1st1]

@Proud2Served @EpsonUK You’re not alone. I’ve had the same difficulties with Epson support over a faulty printer. Still waiting on a proper resolution as well. @EpsonUK please respond and help get this sorted.

[Sue @SueWaleswrexham]

@Proud2Served @EpsonUK Absolutely awful to get through to and get a reasonable resolution over priced, overrated. I would like to know if this is resolved l.

“@EpsonUK I’m really disappointed with the support for my faulty Epson printer still no resolution. Has anyone else had similar issues with Epson customer service recently? Hoping for a response so this can finally be sorted.

@Proud2Served @virginmedia Absolutely worst company ever

[Paul @Proud2Served]

Can anyone actually get through to #VirginMedia customer service? Been trying for a month — endless calls, zero help. What a joke. The company’s gone completely downhill. @virginmedia

[Alan @heydon_a]

@StStdavid1st1 @virginmedia Couldn’t agree more they’re useless

[David @StStdavid1st1]

Really disappointed with @virginmedia — poor service, impossible to get through to support, and rising costs on top of it all. Customers deserve better. #VirginMedia

[David @StStdavid1st1]

Congrats @virginmedia, you’ve managed to make bad service AND high costs a package deal.”
