💰 Virginia Democrats just voted to give themselves a 278% pay raise.
No, that's not a typo.

Their own salaries would jump from roughly $18,000 to $50,000 a year — nearly tripling overnight. Teachers? They got 3%.

This is the same Democrat majority that ran on affordability — and has since proposed 50+ new taxes on Virginia families.

Fairfax County's own Democrat delegates and senators — including Scott Surovell, Rip Sullivan, Dan Helmer, Kathy Tran, Stella Pekarsky, and others — were part of the majority that made this happen.

Now it heads to Governor-elect Abigail Spanberger's desk. Will she stand with working families — or rubber-stamp her party's pay grab?

This problem exists because Virginia Democrats chose their own wallets over the working families they claim to represent.
