if you also dislike kanji like 書 and 事 you are anti-authoritarian

if you like kanji like 勉強 you have a playful personality

if you like kanji like 新幹線 you probably should’ve just studied mandarin instead

what are your favourite and least favourite kanji to write??

i think 勉強 has such a fun ~flow~ to it, and so do 駅、魚、待、時、any kanji using 言 like 語 and 読、 plus 高 and 食 have special places in my heart bc those were the first two i learnt to write

but fuck 書 and 事

you could definitely do an analysis of someone’s personality based on favourite/least favourite kanji

maybe i like the boxy ones because they’re more playful and fun, whereas i struggle with the straight lines and the spacing on ones like 書 because they’re too rigid and strict

my plan now is to take japanese 3 this year (i’m allowed to skip J2 because i’ve passed N5 hehe), gradute from my actual degree in june and then take the N4 next july, followed by studying and snowboarding in sapporo for a while 🏂
