done with the heat now. having to have 2 showers a day coz i feel so rank and disgusting and my flat is literally a cave of burning lava. stop this please!! somehow my kids have coped great though so that's something 😅

an extremely sweaty day at work however i actually managed to get loads done. amazing what you can achieve when you don't have a broken toe and can walk around 😅

finally on the mend after the toe dramas. had a lovely day the in-laws today. gearing up for another heatwave now. i am not ready to be melting and in a pool of my own sweat every day urghhhh 🥵

lovely day with a very cute Tobs. took my mind off of being in pain so that was a plus. still hobbling.. but definitely not getting any worse. so praying my body is healing slowly 🤞🏼

day 2 of broken toe. Dave went to the pharmacy for me to get proper painkillers so hopefully i can sleep better tonight. ice is a game changer. i will soldier on!!

was having the most calm day. then on my way home from school with Huw he goes and fucking breaks my little toe. like wtaf. obviously it was by accident.. but what the hell. now i am hobalong coz you can't do anything for your little toe apart from ice it. FML!!!!!!

amazing how different i feel compared to last Monday. got so much done at work today but paying for it now. i didn't stop all day and the tiredness has set in 🥱

thankfully Toby had a better night last night so felt a lot more human today. he was also really cute and sweet all day so he has redeemed himself. he's lucky he's so cute tbh 😅

a chilled family Sunday but boys were such a rollercoaster of emotion one minute arguing one minute couldn't get enough of each other. i am knackered 🥱 also hope Toby is less snotty for Nursery tomorrow. honestly all of the weekend has been wiping his nose and face.. so grim 🤧

spent my Saturday wiping Toby's snotty nose. that's when you know you've become a Parent.. about as exciting as my day got 🥴

a lovely day at the in-laws. boys were so happy playing after dinner. all gone downhill since then. Huw was really tired & just wanted to go to bed. luckily he's passed out.. coz Toby has a cold & is already waking up coughing up a lung. so idk how much sleep i'll be getting 😩
