@Intrepid_Tautog 2WB, white has “lose all abilities” effects but its planeswalker exiling usually has a drawback or condition, so we’d need to add black. Black unconditional instant exiling starts at 4 mana, so maybe 3WB but I think the dual color justifies keeping it at 4 mana.

@nerdgeargaming E&G allow you to cast spells from the top of your library if they meet a criteria. VO does not grant flash, but if the spell meets E&G’s criteria, you are allowed to cast it as if it had flash (i.e. allowing to also cast flying spells as if they had flash).
