@bitexeneu @bitexencom I formally contacted the Bank of Lithuania about this, and their response was clear: Bitexen Europe UAB does not hold a MiCA license, and is therefore not a financial market participant supervised by the Bank of Lithuania.

This means the company isn't genuinely regulated anywhere. That's why my funds are sitting in my account but I can't trade or withdraw either one, always the same error: "This operation is not allowed, contact support." Support has just been stalling me for days.

There are also other users whose referral campaign rewards were never paid out, and whose accounts got locked with no explanation. With this many people affected, the lack of transparency is unacceptable. Be transparent and do your JOB!

@bitexeneu I'm dealing with a serious issue on my @bitexencom account and I'm expecting a clear explanation.

I have both crypto assets and a USDT balance in my account, but I can't touch either one. When I try to place a simple sell order on the PRO Trade screen, I get the message "This operation is not allowed, please contact support at [email protected]." I get the exact same error when I try to withdraw USDT.

So here's the situation: my money and assets show up in the account, but I can't use either of the two most basic functions an exchange should offer — trading and withdrawal. I emailed the support address listed in the error, and I haven't received any response with a reason or a solution.

It's unacceptable for a user to be unable to access their own funds on a crypto exchange, with no explanation, for weeks on end. I want to know why my account has been restricted this way, and I want my trading and withdrawal access restored.

I have officially been victimized by this site. I became a member because we did a ref campaign, I invited my friend, I made a money of 40-50 dollars in the account. Then all of a sudden, both shooting and trading were locked, it keeps giving an error saying "this operation is not allowed contact support". I sent an e-mail to the place they call support, no answer. There are many people who experience similar things in the comments, as if they are deliberately extoring campaign money. Be careful about this site.
