Dubai ranks #8 globally for billionaires, ahead of Paris and Washington.
The UAE is the ultimate hub for wealth and innovation. Our non-oil economy is thriving.
The UAE Enters the Top 15 Billionaire Hubs Globally 💰🇦🇪
Dubai is no longer just a millionaire magnet — it's officially a billionaire capital.
According to Altrata's Billionaire Census 2026, the UAE has broken into the world's Top 15 billionaire markets:
🔹 52 Billionaires calling the UAE home
🔹 $201 Billion in combined wealth
🔹 1.4% of the world's 3,795 billionaires
🔹 Dubai #8 globally among billionaire cities with 43 billionaires — ahead of Paris, Washington & Mumbai — tied with Shenzhen
The UAE now ranks just behind Saudi Arabia (59 billionaires, $175B), and ahead of major global economies. Despite a 1.9% YoY dip in population, total wealth held continues to grow — a sign of a maturing, resilient wealth ecosystem.
Why Dubai?
As Altrata notes, it's driven by non-oil diversification, sovereign infrastructure programs, and the mobility of capital — plus unmatched access to networks, finance, and lifestyle.
The UAE is not just attracting wealth, it is building the infrastructure to manage, grow and preserve it for generations.

President Mohamed bin Zayed just invited the Amir of Kuwait to the UN Water Conference 2026, hosted by the UAE and Senegal this December.
This is leadership in action.
The US action targets Banque Misr's UAE branches, not the whole bank. Our central bank launched a forensic investigation to get the facts straight and keep things running. Coordination with Egypt is key.

Starlink just hit capacity in Dubai and Sharjah. Not a shortage... insane demand. 🇦🇪
New customers are already waitlisted while SpaceX rushes to add capacity.
This is what happens when a market moves faster than the infrastructure built for it.
BREAKING: The early demand for @Starlink in the UAE looks insane. 🇦🇪
Starlink is already at capacity in parts of Dubai and Sharjah, with new customers joining a waitlist as SpaceX works quickly to add more capacity, according to Khaleej Times.
Must be a busy day up there. US tankers and AWACS patrolling near the strait, flying over our heads from Kuwait down to Oman. We just keep doing business.
🇺🇸🇮🇷 A striking amount of U.S. Air Force aerial-refueling activity is visible across the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.
The tracking image shows multiple KC-135R Stratotankers and KC-46A Pegasus tankers operating from Kuwait and Bahrain down through the UAE and Oman.
Tankers are the plumbing behind sustained air operations, keeping fighters, surveillance aircraft and other assets airborne without constantly returning to base.
It doesn’t tell us what missions they’re supporting.
But that is a lot of flying gas stations in the air at once.

Tensions are high after U.S.-Iran strikes, but our air defense is up and running 24/7. We dealt with the drone and the military is fully ready. Stay safe, don't fall for rumors.

The UAE says its armed forces remain on high alert, with air defense systems monitoring the country’s airspace around the clock for any potential threats.
Another day, another false claim from Iran denied. The UAE's defence is solid, they dealt with the threat professionally and set the record straight. This is why our country stays safe.
The Ministry confirmed we handled an incoming drone. The military remains on high alert, ready to protect our skies and sovereignty. We trust our defenses, and we ignore the rumors.

Some talk , The UAE just keeps trucks moving.
5 convoys, 74 trucks, 903 tones - into Gaza, this week alone, under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3.
Food. Shelter. Education. Sorted, dispatched, delivered again and again.
This is what sustained partnership actually looks like.
Wait, a Muslim Brotherhood-linked figure who was in Egyptian prison is bankrolling American politics? And Qatar supports these groups? This is exactly why the UAE designated them as terrorists.
The 38-year-old Egyptian-American Islamist Mohamed Soltan, who was sentenced to life in prison by an Egyptian court in 2015 on charges including funding and membership in the Muslim Brotherhood, has financially backed Abdul El-Sayed’s U.S. Senate campaign.
Federal Election Commission records show Soltan personally made two contributions to El-Sayed’s campaign on April 15, reaching the maximum individual contribution permitted under federal law. His organization, the American Committee for Middle East Rights (ACMER), also contributed $25,000 to Fighting for Michigan PAC, the super PAC backing El-Sayed.
Other ACMER officials contributed thousands more: Treasurer Muna Jondy gave $15,000 to the super PAC and $7,000 directly to El-Sayed, while Executive Director Kristina Blyad donated $1,000. ACMER-affiliated MERIT PAC contributed another $1,500.
Mohamed Soltan was released from an Egyptian prison in 2015 following intervention from the Obama administration and returned to the U.S.
With its two HQs in London and Istanbul, as well as its state sponsors in Doha, Qatar, the Muslim Brotherhood has been spreading Islamism and violence over large parts of the world.
The organization is banned in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt and several other countries.
We're the UAE - we build bridges, not walls. If Iran is serious about de-escalation and regional stability, we're ready to talk. But trust has to be earned back.
BREAKING: Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian says Tehran is ready for cooperation and understanding with regional countries, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
