i began writing #nybWP on a whim.

sinimulan ko siya sa pagkalkal ng plot bunnies stash kong naipon (at nadadagdagan pa haha) over the years.

in it, i found bianca and eli waving at me, daring me to write them as I ease into the idea of another new year.

this one began pretty bleak, but it’s real. i experience bianca and eli’s worries everyday: ‘yong kawalan ng pakialam sa holiday season, saka ‘yong hirap sa pagbuo ng adult relationships na umaabot sa labas ng trabaho. bukod doon, nahihirapan na rin akong balansehin ‘yong pagsusulat at ‘yong mga responsibilidad ko.

i would also like to thank those na dumaan sa amin sa guilty reads table on feb 22 sa #KiligCafe2026. nakapagbenta naman na ako ng merch before pero surreal pa rin sa pakiramdam na may mga willing talagang maglaan ng oras + gumastos ng totoong pera sa mga mundong binuo ko. 🥹

thank you, really, for showing up for my stories. at gaya ng lagi kong hiling kapag may natatapos akong kuwento, i hope bianca and eli stay with you for a while. 🩷
