@kelly_steffee I don’t think I was given advice or literature except for a card for a free support group that met at the hospital frequently (with childcare), facilitated by a licensed counselor.
It wasn’t ideal, but going a few times gave me the courage to make an appt with a doctor.
People who live in safe blue states have thoughts about this. I live in Texas and my thoughts are this: GOOD.
This isn’t Harris/Cheney. This is Texas.
People who voted for Trump will vote for James Talarico. People who voted for Trump will vote for me.
That is Texas. If you care about democracy, take a beat from the purity politics and focus on the mission at hand.
@jdrieder57@XGenlmm@kevinreddi35550 And this is all IF she hadn’t already been there for a 9:45 with the other boy. It’s a process, especially with very young kids.
Peds work in other sick kids as well. The wait can be long, even with an appointment.
@jdrieder57@XGenlmm@kevinreddi35550 So she checked in, waited to be called back to a room, the nurse asks some questions and then leaves and then you wait for the dr to come in the room. 15 min interval is a long wait??
Have you ever been to a doctor? A pediatrician appointment? It can take an hour or more.
@Lillyin_London They’re looking for jurors posting in private groups, most likely, from my experience.
It’s standard procedure for a case like this. It would demonstrate that the juror has already made up their mind and shows some bias because they already formed an opinion and posted.
@Dolan1Deena@katieesquire@defense_diaries What does this have to do with me politely correcting a word error?
I didn’t state or imply anything about my opinion of the defendant or trial.
I just wanted you to know you left a word out, and to most of us who know that - you aren’t making sense.
Overreact much?
@Dolan1Deena@katieesquire@defense_diaries After a woman gives birth, she is postpartum. Every woman.
Post = After
Partum = Childbirth/Delivery
Do you mean Postpartum Psychosis, Postpartum Anxiety, or Postpartum Depression?
