At 40, you move with intention, choose peace over chaos, speak less because you know more & refuse to touch a lesson twice. Growth is the point of living. Aging is a privilege. If you’re lucky, you’ll make it to 40 & beyond because it’s a blessing, not a curse.

this is me at 20 vs me at 30

20 years old:
- self-conscious
- couldn't be alone
- couldn't leave the house without makeup
- anxious
- people pleaser

30 years old:
- makes a fool of herself online for a laugh
- self employed and travels the world alone
- will sit in a coffee shop for 8 hours with no make up and wonky glasses
- confident
- sets boundaries

it's crazy to me that people use women aging as an insult

when in reality, life only gets better with each year we’re blessed with it
