@BradGoldbergMD @DoctoresseHODL Both nurses and providers have been leaving and it is terrifying for us newer nurses who are navigating nursing with very few resources. The longevity of our professionals is going down hill fast and is also leading to faster burnout of new professionals.

@BradGoldbergMD @DoctoresseHODL I was a tech for 4 1/2 years and a tech in peds ER for 1 1/2 years before becoming a peds ER nurse and as a new nurse this is killing my will to stay in healthcare. I love taking care of kids but this wave is so bad and we have already lost so many experienced people.
