@SouthwestAir Thanks Jeana! Spoke with an agent at the check-in desk and got the situation fixed - turns out the system was using my old KTN number despite booking the tickets with my new Global Entry KTN.

@AskTSA @SouthwestAir Have global entry, do not get TSA precheck on my boarding pass for a flight today but wife did. First time in 5 years this happened, super bummed. Would like to know if this was not a clerical error or data mismatch.

@opg4759 @AskTSA @SouthwestAir Good question - I got TSA precheck around when they started the program and renewed with Global Entry a month ago. Issue ended up being SWA used my old KTN despite entering the new one when booking.
