@ayatsato you can take alternating ibuprofen + Tylenol! ibuprof, 3 hrs later Tylenol, 3 hrs later ibuprof, etc. They work differently and Tylenol is better for fever/chills!
Things that should not end when the pandemic does:
- Wearing masks when you’re sick
- Online access options for events
- Heroic levels of medical research
- Free-to-the-patient healthcare
- Communicating science with all
- Trying to fix health outcome disparities in poorer areas

white people who ask “so how diverse should things be? nothing will satisfy you” are really telling on themselves. the implication is that there should be an end to diversity, at some point. that there can be too much. meaning, too few white people
The stereotype about Chinese people who are too afraid to make waves or to stand up for themselves is just... a stereotype. More often than not, when they stand up for themselves, people just refuse to listen and dismiss them outright. 6/7
It bears repeating over and over that the horrors racist violence are not contained, localized tumors in this country, they are part of the genetic makeup.
I promise you my AAPI Community—the answer is not more cops. The answer isn’t more assimilation. The answer isn’t to become more white adjacent. The answer isn’t anti-blackness.
The answer is dismantling our internalized oppression, class solidarity, and ending white supremacy.
I'd like to chime in on @JAMA_current podcast (below) re Systemic Racism w/o individuals (particularly white folks) contributing to Racism & how we shouldn't use "Racism" when talking about Racism because it creates negative feelings for white folks.
