@ElResisto@ByJayKing Okay let’s go with what you’re saying. Then why wasn’t Dallas on that end of the floor to inbound the ball they believed was theirs…
@kattenbarge@LeaveHeardAlone This is so beyond disingenuous and you know it. And if you don’t know it, you should learn. But since you wanna play the disingenuous game, in your mind how to you reconcile the two legal teams opposing takes in the motions and responses to motions?
@kattenbarge Also, are you considering those of us who watched the trial and read all documents without outside commentary from YouTubers or independent creators? It’s took years of research and trials for me and many others to land on our own conclusion.
@kattenbarge Can you please explain which YouTubers or content creators lied? And provide evidence supporting that opinion. And can you explain how your coverage hasn’t been dishonest, disingenuous, or misleading as well?
@kattenbarge Care to explain how their way of covering is more fair than others? The disconnect b/w the actual trial/court docs and what is reported terrifies me. A journalist like yourself getting info from and sending others to twitter threads for complete info doesn’t calm my fears at all
@MarlowNYC Another mistake: Deuters texts were not inadmissible. Amber could’ve just called him as a witness and had him testify regarding his alleged texts. He was on the witness list.
@MarlowNYC I think you may have misread the documents. Dr. Hughes' testimony was NOT excluded from the trial. Neither was Ellen Barkin's testimony or Dr. Spiegel. All 3 testified at trial and were cross examined.
Disney, Netflix, Paramount, Sony, and Comcast have announced they'll cover employee travel expenses for abortions following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade
@BesitoRULES@DatelineNBC That’s what she wants. She has nothing to lose now. She wants Johnny to react in some way because to her that means she regained control of him. Johnny should use the gray rock method. She’ll hate that more than anything else.
I don’t think people are grasping how extraordinarily difficult it is to win a defamation case. Defamation law leans heavily in favor of the defendant. Amber Heard had to be egregiously and obviously lying about being abused to lose.
