@eir hey, I received a text yesterday morning saying my service was upgraded to 5g and since then my sim has stopped working. Can you have a look, I've tried manually selecting the network but it won't connect.

@ElectricIreland Hi, I had a boiler service last week and today I tried turning it on for the first time and it won't work . Engineer said it was fine when he left. Would it be possible to send someone to have a look at it please?
