Just rubbish service. No one willing to help, advisors hanging up and now silence! People need to be aware that while Amazon is great when all works well if it goes wrong you are left out of pocket and will lose hours of your life you will never get back

@AmazonUK extremely poor customer service tells you to do something and you get led round in a loop. Great help from Lancashire Police but still Amazon messing around. Advisors on the phone all clueless and tell you different things!! Not what you expect from a ‘Prime’ service.
